This blog is managed by Krishna Virendra Trust, a charitable trust, situate at 37, Tashkent Road Allahabad-211001 (email: kvtrust@gmail.com). Apart from charitable activities, including awarding prizes in different sports, educational and cultural activities of Allahabad, the Trust, 
  • Has sponsored an orphan girl child at the Children National Institute, Swaraj-Bhavan, Allahabad; 
  • Has sponsored an adivasi student at  Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram (Sewa Samarpan Sansthan, Allahabad); 
  • Has adopted four Greater Horned Owls  at Indira Gandhi zoological park, Vishakhapatnam;  
  • Awards scholarships to deserving 9th class students of Arya Kanya Pathshala, Banda; 
  • Annually sponsors Namir Khan Allahabd District Open Table Tennis Tournament;
  • Awards prizes to a girl and a boy candidate securing highest marks in the Regional Mathematical Olympiad Uttar Pradesh (Central and West); 
  • Awards Prof. Rajendra Singh award to the students securing highest marks in Physics examinations at the University of Allahabad in B.Sc. Part I, B.Sc. Part II and M.Sc. (Previous) Physics;
  • Awards Gunakar Muley Award to the students securing highest marks in Mathematics at the University of Allahabad in B.Sc. Part I, B.Sc. Part II, B.Sc. Part III who has taken admission in M.Sc. (Maths Allahabad University), and M.Sc. (Previous) Mathematics examinations; and
  • Awards one year scholarship to deserving 11th class student of Maheshwari Prasad Intermediate College, Alamchand, Kaushambi.
The Trust manages two blogs: one in English, the present one -  'Legal World and Childhood Dreams' and the other in Hindi - 'मेरी कलम से'. 
The inspiration behind the Trust

This blog  contains articles and speeches of Justice Yatindra Singh, a member of the Trust. All posts upto 1st December 2006 were written as a lawyer and have been published in a book titled 'A Lawyer's World and Childhood Dreams' {published by Law Publishers (India) Pvt Ltd Allahabad}.


Justice Singh, after elevation to the Bench, has been writing articles and delivering speeches. They had formed part of a separate blog titled 'A Judge's World'. That blog has been deleted and those posts as well as subsequent posts are being uploaded here.

Justice Singh has written two other books titled 'Cyberlaws' (Published by Universal Law Publishers Co Pvt Ltd. C-FF 1A, Dilkush Industrial Estate, GT Karnal Road Delhi) and 'Musings of a Judge' (Published by AIR Law Academy & research Centre Nagpur)
